Send status updates to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or your own webhook. We post when an incident opens, changes or is resolved, and when maintenance is scheduled or starts. There are no email subscriptions; the feeds cover that.

A channel webhook: https://discord.com/api/webhooks/… (discordapp.com works too).

An incoming webhook (https://<tenant>.webhook.office.com/…) or a Power Automate workflow URL.

Any https URL. We POST JSON with an X-OpenWAF-Signature: sha256=<hex> header, an HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, so you can check it came from us. The signing secret is shown once, when you subscribe.

What happens next

We post a message with a confirmation link to that endpoint.
Open the link and press Confirm. Nothing else is sent until then.
From then on you get every update for the incidents and maintenance you chose.
Every message has a link to unsubscribe.
